Winter is such a tricky time of year to keep skin hydrated. The cold wind and frosty air does little to help dry skin and chapped lips, especially if you are already prone to dryness. Be sure to moisturise daily (both your face and body) and keep well hydrated. This means water, not tea!
Your skin and lip colour may vary so apply your make-up in front of the mirror. Consider using a lighter foundation during winter months when your melatonin level is low. If you’re struggling with chapped lips, keep the focus on your eye make-up to give them a rest and use pastel shades to compliment your complexion.
